Outer layer: 85% Recycled PA Riciclata, 15% Elastane. (PA recycled 85%, EA 15%)

Care:

• Cold hand wash after use
  
• Flat dry in shade
  
• Do not soak, bleach or tumble dry
  
• Avoid contact with high levels of chlorine, rough surfaces and suntan lotions
• Ensure your swim is completely air dry and free from salt, chlorine or moisture before storing

Domestic Shipping (Greece)

• Free shipping on orders over €200

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Greece!

• EU Shipping: €43.40 flat rate - Delivery in 5-10 business days
• UK & Switzerland: €40 flat rate - Delivery in 5-12 business days
• USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: €74.40 flat rate - Delivery in 7-14 business days, depending on location
  

Things to Note

• Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
• Delays: We’re based on a small island, occasional postal or customs delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or local holidays. 
• Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help, within the scope of what’s possible for a small, independent label.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unused, unworn swimwear in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All hygiene stickers, tags, and packaging must be intact
• Items must not have come into contact with water, oils, or lotions

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn swimwear, no exceptions.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at [your email address] with the subject line RETURN REQUEST - Order #[YourOrderNumber], including:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for the return (optional but helpful!)

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping & Costs

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please mention that in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, a refund (minus original shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Faulty Items

We stand behind the quality of our swimwear. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description so we can resolve it quickly.
